Buyers/Sellers WILL NOT RECEIVE AN ESTOPPEL for CLOSING UNTIL an APPLICATION (filled out in its entirety) - FEES paid & BACKGROUND CHECKS have been COMPLETED and APPROVED!! This step comes before the Estoppel can be issued for closing and the BOARD HAS 15 DAYS TO APPROVE once it is received in its entirety! Incomplete applications and incorrect fee amounts will delay the process and your closing. It is your responsibility to insure this has been received and done correctly - the Board will not chase you or your customer down to inform them of any discrepancy. It is highly recommended that you follow up, via the email listed on the Application instructions, to confirm everything was received and done correctly.
There has been a SPECIAL ASSESSMENT LEVIED ON APRIL 8TH, 2023 - SEE ATTACHMENT BELOW OUTLINING DETAILS.
**Any unpaid balance of the special assessment will be included on the Estoppel at closing. Any specific arrangements between Buyer and Seller should be discussed with all parties and the Title Agent handling the closing as to your specific arrangements regarding that balance.***
